Helpful staff arranged itinerary and transport to Angkor Temples and half marathon. Good breakfast and pool. Quiet location, but only a short walk to pub street. Nice touch with welcome drink and flannel.

The staff are a very welcoming happy team. They changed towels promptly poolside when a lounger was vacated.
The wifi was weak all the time and went down completely for several hours on three occasions during my stay. Breakfast was not very tempting unless you exist on fruit. The pool is really only good for a dip and two strokes. The old solid door lock has a certain knack - pull it towards you. It took me two days and some frustration to discover the knack. Staff should train the guest but didn't seem to know about it.

The hotel and the facilities were superb. Venue's next to tourist spots like the spa. We recommend this property. It took only 10 minutes to walk to Mekong Express bus stop.

Great pool and breakfast! We loved cooling off in the fantastic swimming pool after a day of exploring Angkor Wat. The open-air breakfast area on the top floor had a delicious selection of food. The staff were helpful and spoke excellent English. The hotel even had a massive generator to deal with power cuts. We would definitely recommend this place! a wonderful stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Angkor Panoramic. The rooftop terrace was stunning and the breakfast spread was delicious. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool area was well-maintained with clean towels available. The location was ideal, close to nightlife but still quiet enough. The staff, especially Dana and his team, were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They assisted with last-minute arrangements for tours, shows, transport, and meals.
Can recommend this hotel.

Booked through Booked.net as it appeared not a bad location afterall and for the price of room with breakfast it attracted my attention with the location appeared in the map which is about 20 mins walk to the night market and the central market. It was a bit too dark to walk back at night, take Tuktuk for US1 for 1 trip. The hotel outlook is very nice with the surrounding which is out of the match. Overall, it's a safe place to stay and staff are helpful.
Counter staff to speak English, at night the corridor was dark and we encounter lift was not in operation as we have to walk up to fourth floor. That's was fine.

We recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything, with many temples and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel provided excellent services such as room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. We were impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, who made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooftop restaurant offered stunning views and the breakfast was top-notch. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. we highly recommend this place to our family and friends.
There were no negative aspects to mention about this hotel. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Guests can have a blast with all the fun activities available nearby - like horseback riding, diving, and biking. Our family had a blast exploring the surroundings in adventurous ways!
For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a small playground for the kids.

The location was fairly central and the room was quite big and comfortable. Staff were fairly helpful.
It was quite noisy at times, especially in the mornings, the stairwell echos so if your room is near this, you are more than likely going to be disturbed if you are noise sensitive.

The hotel’s location is great, with plenty of attractions close by. It’s situated near the river, so the view is quite nice. You can walk to everything in the city because it’s right in the centre of everything. the breakfast served is delicious and the staff are helpful.
The pool area could have been cleaner and more well-maintained.

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice hotel in a good location 15 mins walk from the markets. Will arrange local trips and transport to next destinations.
I didn't see much evidence that the restaurant was open at night but it may have been because it was a little out of season and there weren't many guests. There are a few nice restaurants close by however.
